Additional Fees:
  • $150 Flat Fee, includes 1 vehicle registration and cleaning fee
  • Additional vehicle registration, $35 (2 car max)
 
Housekeeping:

  • There is no daily maid service, however linens and a few amenities will be provided at the beginning of your stay. 

  • We do not permit towels to be used on the beach, nor any linens to be taken out of the unit.   

  • Included in housekeeping fees are the following items:

    • Bed Linens for Queen Bed & Sleeper Sofa

    • Eight (8) Bath towels

    • Eight (8) Wash cloths

    • Two (2) Hand towels

    • Two (2) Makeup Towels

    • One (1) Bath mat

    • Two (2) Dish cloths

    • Two (2) Dish towels

    • Bath hand soap

    • Liquid dish soap

    • Toilet Paper (1 roll)

    • Paper towels (1 use)

    • Trash bag (1 use)

Deposits:

  • A 50% deposit is due at time of booking in order to hold the date.

  • Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Payment Accepted:  Check, PayPal, Venmo

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations 31 - 60 days prior to arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival date are not eligible for refund.

 

Storms:

  • If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:

  • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or

  • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.

  • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

  • Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;

  • Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and

  • Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
